William Hamilton Nicholson lecture notes, 1901.

Lecture notes from course on philosophical psychology, apparently taken at South Carolina College; the course addresses "psychology" in its classical sense, i.e. "the science of the mind or soul." Volume includes brief list of players on baseball team, and humorous essay apparently written by a friend who teases Nicholson for his attachment to "a very dear friend" for whom he had walked "two miles into the country just to gather a few flowers ..."
